Tapenlou also known as Shabu Shabu!

Round table, ready to eat, we had a tapenlou for dinner. Well garnished and flavored, I could not resist to dip my first net of fresh meat and patiently waiting to taste it with the help of chopsticks and a bowl of hot rice.  Bon appetit!
