Wall of Learning? Education? Culture?....?

I walked by this wall before attending the F16 workshop, was puzzled and didn't know what it was representing, but thought it was a good picture to take.

Kuanti Chinese Temple, continue...

Even though the Official Chinese New Year started last week on Sunday February 14th, today, dances, singing, food booth and more shows were the main attractions around the Temple. It usually rains on that day, but the sun was au rendez vous!
