Last Sunday, I was able to attend the workshop organized by Barry and Nikki. It was nice to catchup with friends and meet new faces.

Also a good time to dust off some gear and re-learn the basics.

The Basics of OCF

Always a learning curve for any photography topics. Last Sunday, we had a lighting meetup with some friends so we could explain some of the basics of Off Camera Flash photography. Here is a set of pictures explaining the principle of varying the shutter speed to balance the ambient light while "freezing" the subject with a flash.
