Noise Reduction

Played around with the Nik Software Dfine 2.0, 15 days demo. After comparing with the Photoshop Lightroom noise reduction feature, Dfine not only reduces the noise efficiently but also keeps the details in the picture. At ISO 800+, most digital cameras will show noise in pictures, especially in dark and bright areas.

Added as an external editor in Lightroom, it makes the work flow process easy and user friendly.

F16 au Beachcomber!

Due to the holidays, we had to move the session to the beachcomber while enjoying the touristic surrounding with some drinks. After the session, a few of us decided to snap some night shots. All taken with 1DIIN + 50L, ISO 1600. Processed with LR for color adjustment and re-size.
