Last ones of the season...

New moon was last week and got a chance to go out with some friends to capture the Milky way last Friday.

Only started this year to get interested in Astrophotography, and really enjoyed it. Especially during this pandemic world, and working remotely from home since the beginning of the year, it was a good stress relief to go out and shoot.

After sunset, started to dial in the camera configuration for night photography… using the NISI natural night filter to clear some light pollution…

Neowise

My first attempt at capturing comet Neowise from Haleiwa, North Shore. We setup before sunset, and the sky had some clouds. We waited for a while and could barely see it with our binoculars.

Later that night, better visibility, and a couple of shots…
